Petrochemical industry
The refinery industry, otherwise known as petrochemical, deals in crude oil processing. Refineries in which gasoline, petroleum products and raw materials from heavy organic synthesis are produced are exposed to a failure related to the operating conditions of the devices, i.e. high temperature, pressure. The assessment of the technical condition of machines and apparatus during maintenance shutdowns allows further trouble-free operation of the plant. Capturing, proper identification and elimination of defects and material losses leads to increased safety of the installation and to avoiding many troublesome failures.
We have many years of experience in material testing and assessment of the technical condition of refinery equipment, such as furnaces, boilers, pipelines, reactors, heat exchangers, etc. During the diagnostics we use certified diagnostic equipment of global manufacturers. We select, introduce and implement international advanced testing methods and techniques such as UTPA corrosion mapping, magnetic metal memory method and electromagnetic testing of heat exchange tubes. We archive the collected results, analyze and draw conclusions that will help to avoid breakdowns and increase the safety of installation operation. Our work allows to plan the necessary replacements.
